RWD-600 DYEING MACHINE UNDERHIGH TEMPERATURE
● 本机独特设计的溢流喷射双用式喷嘴，依照不同布种，只须更换喷嘴，即可将水流转变成低喷压水量大，柔性的纯溢流式水流或高压力高速度的纯喷射式水流，选择范围宽广可适用绝大部分，机织布及除双面毛巾纯棉之外的绝大部分针织布都可适用，染色质量特佳，设备投资一次即可得到最佳经济效益。
● 喷射式水流-产生高压高速水流最高可达3kg/cm2，适染不易裂纱不怕起毛之布种，如T100%，N100%，T/C，CVC，T/R，N/C，N/T，N/R，R/T，CD/T/R，N/TR所织成的HlGH COUNT，新合纤SATIN，TRICOT，仿鹿皮织物，桃皮加工，TASLON，TACTEL，提花布，BENGALlNE，罗纹布，双罗纹布，府绸，绉纹布，CREPE，网眼布，牛津布，TAFFETA，斜纹布，卷边布及各式化学纤维或长织，短织交织，混纺的布料。喷射可在0.5—1kg/cm2之间正常运行，及适合于弹性布及低张力布种的特殊运转要求。
● Special features Double-function nozzle designed for overflow and spray can be changed according to different cloth,that is,changing water flow into that with lower spraying pressure and greater flow rate,high-rate single spraying it is widely applied for dyeing most double-faced cotton towels and produces quite fine dyeing quality so only once investment is requited.That is a really economic version．
● Applicable cloth varieties
Sprayed water flow with high-pressre and flow rate up to 3kg/cm2 is useful for dyeing non-splitting and non-piling cloth,like-High Count,New Synthetic Satin,Tricot,suede cloth,peach-skin processing,TAFFETA,middy twill and curled edge cloth,woven with T100%,N100%,T/C,CVC,T/R,N/C,N/T,N/R,R/T,CD/T/Rand NC/TR,as well as union cloth inter woven and blended with various chemical fibers or long staple,cut fibers. Spraying in the proper range of 0.5-1 kg/cm2 can satisfy special operating requirements of resilient fabric and low-tension fabric. |
